An appearance date on a Texas ticket is a command to contact the court on or before a specific date to let the court know how you want to handle the ticket. It is not a formal court date.

When you hire Hawkins & Walker, PC, we will notify the court that we represent you on the ticket and that you plead not guilty. This will count as your appearance; you will not need to appear in court on the appearance date.
