The following chart shows all of the violations considered moving violations in Texas. If you have a citation listed on this chart, it is especially important to make sure that the citation does not appear on your driving record. Moving violations can lead to a license suspension, reisntatment fees, higher insurance premiums, and may cause issues with your job.
If you just pay the citation, the court will take the payment as a plea of guilty. If you plead guilty (or no contest) or you are found guilty, YOU CANNOT GET THE MOVING VIOLATION REMOVED FROM YOUR RECORD LATER. You have just one chance to do something to keep the ticket off of your record.
While we cannot guarantee that we can keep every violation off of your record, we have a high rate of success in getting these violations either dismissed outright or dismissed after completion of deferred disposition (probation).
